Doug Sadler – President and Founder of Seven Wells Canada
Doug has decades of experience as a pastor, mission worker, and ESL teacher. He fell in love with Rwanda in 2001 and has been back many times, working with Amon Munyaneza to develop the work of Seven Wells. He and his wife Carolin have 3 married children, 5 grandchildren, and have been child sponsors since 2003.
Carolin Sadler – Volunteer
Carolin is a retired nurse and has been doing mission work since 1995, leading teams in Canada and overseas. She liaises with teams of intercessors across Canada and around the world, and is the author of 4 devotional books for children. She works in administration and hospitality for Seven Wells and has helped to host several choir tours in Canada.
Laurie Pflug – Board Member
Laurie is an Emergency Nurse Educator and has worked as a nurse in the outback of Australia and taught Labour and delivery in India. She also holds a diploma in International Community Health Care. She fell in love with Rwanda when she was there in 2009 and has been a child sponsor since that time. She has been a board member of Seven Wells for 10 years.
Mary Anderson – Board Member
Mary is a retired teacher and has been to Africa several times. She and her husband Len helped to pioneer other mission organizations that worked in Rwanda before she connected with Seven Wells. She lives in the Thunder Bay area contributes to mission work in multiple areas.
Fred Coad – Board Member
Fred is a Master Warrant Officer with the RCAF,serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Superintendent and maintaining training standards for all RCAF aircraft repair technicians in Canada. He and his family have done mission work in Canada and overseas, and he has been a board member with Seven Wells for 2 years.
Kevin May – Board Member
Kevin is also a Master Warrant Officer with the RCAF and has served in the military for 30 years. He has extensive experience working on many different boards and has been involved in missions in Canada in various ways. He and his wife Kelly have three children.
